
Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of cranberries
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- Dash of salt
- Dash of ground cloves
- Cinnamon to taste
- Dash of nutmeg (or drop of almond extract if you like)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Simmer until most of the cranberries burst, at least 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.
