Sex Trafficking Victim Found At Woodbridge Hotel, Suspect Arrested

Police believe a victim being sex trafficked was found at a Woodbridge hotel, leading to the suspect's arrest by U.S. marshals.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A sex trafficking victim was found at a Woodbridge hotel earlier in December, leading to the suspect's arrest in the Hampton Roads region Tuesday, Prince William County Police say.

Police have been investigating sex trafficking to the Springhill Suites at 14325 Crossing Place in Woodbridge on Dec. 2. Officers had located a 39-year-old woman who police say the suspect trafficked to the hotel.

Police identified the suspect as Trinell Lorenzo Bowen, 42, of Hampton. Officers obtained arrest warrants for Bowen, leading to his Tuesday arrest by the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force in the City of Hampton.

Bowen was charged with abduction, commercial sex trafficking, receiving money from earnings for procuring persons, and use of a vehicle for prostitution.
