Dale City Man Pleads Guilty to Creating Child Pornography
MacArthur Taylor pleaded guilty today to shooting video and still images of a female minor in sexually explicit situations.

Dale City resident MacArthur Taylor pleaded guilty today to shooting video and still images of a female minor undressed and in sexually explicit situations, Neil MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, announced Monday.
Taylor was initially arrested after he gave his Dell Streak Tablet to an acquaintance for repairs and the acquaintance found images and video of a female minor undressed and engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
"Law enforcement interviewed the minor victim, and she admitted to engaging in sexually explicit conduct with Taylor for the past two years," a release from the Department of Justice said.

The Prince William County Police Department assisted the FBI Washington Field Office's Child Exploitation Task Force in the investigation. These efforts are part of Project Safe Childhood, the national program to fight child sexual exploitation and abuse. Maureen C. Cain, Special Assistant United States Attorney, is prosecuting the case on the United States' behalf.
