• Prince William County approves new fire station, homeless navigation center projects (potomaclocal.com) — Lake Ridge residents can expect stronger emergency response and expanded homelessness services after Prince William County supervisors approved funding for a new Fire and Rescue Station 27 and an eastern Homeless Navigation Center. Both facilities, slated for completion in 2027, will add 24-hour fire and EMS coverage plus emergency shelter and housing navigation support for vulnerable neighbors across the county.
