A reader alerted us to the outage, saying that power had flickered out for a few minutes about half an hour ago, and then gone out again a few minutes later.  Dominion estimates that the power will be restored between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. today. To report an outage in your area, call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).
