Man Reportedly Steals Car, Eludes Police in Lake Ridge Area
On Feb. 21, a male driver reportedly stole a vehicle in Dale City and later eluded police in Lake Ridge.

Police are on the lookout for the driver of a stolen vehicle who eluded a police chase yesterday.
On Feb. 21 at about 12:30 a.m., police reportedly tried to stop a vehicle near Old Bridge Road and Dillingham Square. The driver, described as a black male, did not stop after police used their lights and siren, and continued driving to the area of Trafalgar Lane and Charing Court.
At that point, the driver reportedly jumped out of the car and continued on foot. He was the only occupant of the vehicle.

"Police set up a perimeter around the neighborhood and utilized a police K-9 in an attempt to locate the driver," the report read.
The driver was not found.

The owner of the vehicle later told police that the vehicle had been stolen from a house on Ensbrook Lane earlier that night.
Police are looking for a black male between 5'10" and 6', of an unknown age and a thin build.
