Festival at Old Bridge Shopping Center to be Renovated, Renamed
The shopping center at Dillingham Square will be renamed Dillingham Square.

Shopping center Festival at Old Bridge will be renovated starting next week, and will be renamed Dillingham Square, since it is located at Dillingham Square, according to a Rappaport Marketing release.
Construction will likely finish by fall of this year. All businesses will remain open.
“Our primary goal is improving visibility,” explained Ira Schwartz of Capstone Advisors. “We will add architectural features that will add height to the center, making businesses more visible from Old Bridge Road.”

A facade renovation will add dormers and peaks to portions of the center. Renovations also include improving sight lines along Old Bridge Road by taking out plants that may be overgrown, asphalt repairs, and new signs.
“We’re really excited about the renovation,” said Payton Polychrones of Michael’s Florist. “Small businesses are what make Festival at Old Bridge special, and we’re thrilled the renovation will make us more visible to those who drive by the center.”
