Early in the morning on Aug. 27, police arrested Sinclair Cho Brown and charged him with possession of a schedule I/II narcotic, according to police spokesperson Michelle Nemerow. Brown was driving in the area of Titania Way and Old Bridge Road in Lake Ridge when police pulled him over. Brown consented to a search, and the narcotic was found on Brown's person. His court date information is unavailable. He is being held on a $3500 secured bond.
