A Dale City man has been charged with the sexual assaults of two young girls, Prince William County Police said. Jose Luis Rodriguez-Hernandez, 31, of Moccasin Court, is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of taking indecent liberties by a custodian. Detectives from the Special Victims Bureau arrested Rodriquez-Hernandez after an investigation Tuesday into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred between November 2012 and June 2013. The information in this article was provided by the Prince William County Police Department.
