Massive Heat Wave Set to Strike East Coast
Temperatures will exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the Woodbridge area.

A dangerous heat wave has hit the Midwest, and is expected to reach the East Coast by Thursday.
"Further out, this dome of high pressure is [forecasted] to dominate most of the eastern and central U.S. — bringing excessive heat to much of the eastern half of the country except for the Northeast and southern Florida — through the end of next week," the National Weather Service reports
Temperatures are expected to reach or exceed 100 degrees Fahreinheit in the Woodbridge area starting Thursday of this week. The heat index may make it feel as hot as 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The National Weather Service has issued an air quality alert for the region. Stay hydrated and stay inside as much as possible.
