Occoquan Spring Craft Show Brings Thousands to Town

The weather hovered in the mid-80s.

Visitors flooded the streets of Occoquan today, the last day of the Occoquan Spring Arts and Crafts Show, to peruse the booths featuring local and handmade art, crafts, and jewelry.

The Occoquan Craft Show has been running for about 44 years now, and will return in the fall. There were 235 merchant and food booths on the streets this year, compared to 214 in the spring.

Typically, roughly 10,000 people attend the craft show.
