On Oct. 9, a Quantico Marine Corps Police Officer was arrested and charged with assault and battery after he allegedly assaulted a 28-year-old Woodbridge man in the 11900 block of Home Guard Drive in Lake Ridge. The victim told police that he and Keith Graham, 34, had been in a verbal argument which turned into a fight. The victim sustained minor injuries. When police arrived at 2 a.m., Graham was arrested without a struggle. Graham's court date is unavailable. He was released on personal recognizance.
