Racing Rubber Ducks Revisit Occoquan

The Duck Splash returned for another year.

The Duck Splash returned to Occoquan this year, and about 3000 rubber ducks plunged into the river and raced from the footbridge to a spot near the Route 123 bridge.

The 7th Annual Duck Splash is a fundraiser for the Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition, which sells rubber duck adoption tickets each year. The winning duck's owner gets a prize of $500.
