A portion of Mill Street was shut down June 2 as the Prince William County Service Authority temporarily patched a sinkhole outside Tastefully Yours. Service Authority workers did not know what had caused the sinkhole, which left a two foot by four foot depression in the asphalt. Mayor Earnie Porta said the sinkhole had appeared the morning of June 2.
