Teen Assaulted in Lake Ridge
A 16-year-old Lake Ridge resident and a male acquaintance were attacked June 8.

On June 8 at about 11:30 p.m., a 16-year-old male was walking with a male friend to their residence in Lake Ridge when they were stopped by two men and a woman, according to police spokesperson Jonathan Perok.
One of the men showed the two residents a handgun and then struck the 16-year-old on the head. The blow was strong enough to knock the teen down to the ground.
Police responded to the 3200 block of Ridge View Court at 11:36 p.m. after a witness observed the attack and called it in. The two men and the woman left the scene on foot before the police arrived.

The teen's injuries were minor. The identity of the two men and the woman remains unknown.
Police are on the lookout for two black males and a black female. The first male was described as being between 18 and 22 years of age, 5' 9", 150 lbs, thin build, short black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt. The second male was described as being between 18 and 22 years of age, 5' 7", 150 lbs, thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt. The female was described as being between 17 and 18 years of age, 5' 4", 110 lbs, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
