How Much Water Are You Using? Check Online
Leesburg now offers water usage information via the Internet for customers receiving service from the town.

The Leesburg Department of Utilities has launched a new service online that enables customers to monitor their daily water usage. The new service is part of the Customer Self-Service Portal (www.leesburgva.gov/customerportal) the town implemented earlier this year.
Customers who have not previously used the portal must first register; then they can link to their utility account using the account number and customer ID printed on their water bill. Once connected, the site provides customers 24/7 access to account information.
The site permits usage to be checked by day, week, month or year, but the system does a 48-hour delay, meaning customers will not have access to water usage data for the current or previous day. The information is now available for the past three years.

“The online water usage data is one more way that we are improving our customer service through technology,” said Amy Wyks, Leesburg’s Director of Utilities, said in a press release from the town. “Previously customers had to contact Town staff to monitor their water usage after receiving a quarterly bill. Now, they have the ability to manage and monitor their daily water usage at their convenience.”
