LTE: Daniel’s 2005 Growth Plan Pushed Too Far
A LaRock supporter explains her concern for his opponent in the race for the 33rd.

Dear Editor,
I've lived in Clarke County for 20 years total. I don't know if anyone outside of the district is familiar with her record on the Planning Commission, but back in 2005 Mary Daniel pushed forward a proposal that amounted to a huge attack on property rights.
I understand that growth can be a problem and I don't like to see huge swaths of houses being built when there isn't the infrastructure to support them, but that's when we need to look for creative solutions. Daniel's plan ran roughshod over families that had owned farms in the county for decades.

Property rights matter. And when a politician will take away your rights in an area like that, it's a safe bet she'd be willing to do it anywhere else. We need to protect our rights.
This is one more good reason why a vote for Dave LaRock will be a more valued vote for YOU and your future. Your whole family will be a winner.
