Man Assaults Cops After Kicking Moving Vehicles In Leesburg: LCSO
A man stopped his vehicle in the road, began kicking passing vehicles and then assaulted cops in Leesburg: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

LEESBURG, VA—A man stopped his vehicle in the road, began kicking passing vehicles and then assaulted numerous police officers Friday at Route 7 and West Market Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Freddie L. Jackson, III, 38, of West Virginia, was charged with four counts of assault on law enforcement, four counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of disorderly conduct, preventing law enforcement from making an arrest and DWI.
Around 9:20 p.m., when police responded to the scene where the man was kicking passing motorists, the man assaulted an off-duty officer, a Virginia State Police trooper and a deputy before being arrested—after which he continued to resist and kicked another deputy.
