Trash Service in Leesburg Moving to Twice Weekly

Starting in August, Leesburg residents will have two opportunities for curbside trash service each week. The additional pickup will coincide with recycling collection. Recycling and yard debris schedules will remain the same.

Southeast & Southwest Quadrants (including South King Street & West Market Street):

• Monday – trash*
• Thursday – trash, recycling and yard waste

Northeast & Northwest Quadrants (including North King Street):

• Tuesday – trash*
• Friday – trash, recycling and yard waste

*During the months of May through September, yard waste is collected twice a week, on both trash and recycling collection days. From October through April, yard waste is collected only on recycling collection days.
