Win $2,000 in Lansdowne Resort’s “Summer Selfie” Contest

June 10 marks the beginning of the Northern Virginia hotel's Summer Selfie contest, in which visitors and hotel guests can submit their selfies and be eligible to win more than $15,000 in prizes and summer vacation packages.

"Selfies are the rage these days and we felt this would be a fun way to get people excited about coming to Lansdowne (Resort) this summer," said Michael Snapkoski, director of sales and marketing at Lansdowne Resort in a press release. "The selfie campaign is something everyone of all ages can participate in and enjoy. We look forward to seeing what kind of social media engagement and fun photos visitors and guests will be submitting."

Weekly winners will be determined every Sunday from June 15 to Aug. 24 and will be automatically entered to win a grand prize of $2,000, including multiple night stays at the resort and its sister property, Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, South Carolina.

A selfie taken at the resort near Washington, DC is not required, but special consideration will be made for images submitted from Lansdowne. Submit your selfies of choice at www.LansdowneSelfie.com
