Alleged Strangulation, Malicious Bodily Injury and Assault in Fairfax Station and Lorton

A 23-year-old Lorton man living in the 9900 block of East Dr. was arrested for misdemeanor assault and strangulation resulting in bodily injury, on April 26. 

The following list of arrests in the Lorton and Fairfax Station-areas has been provided by the Fairfax County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction: 

• A 35-year-old Lorton woman living in the 8100 block of McCauley Way was arrested for malicious bodily injury on April 24, 2013. 
• A 22-year-old Lorton man living in the 9200 block of Edgemar Woods Court was arrested for misdemeanor assault on April 25, 2013. 
• A 21-year-old Fairfax Station woman living in the 11500 block of Lilting Lane was arrested for selling alcohol to a minor on April 25, 2013. 
• A 21-year-old Lorton man living in the 9500 block of Mooregate Court was arrested for reckless driving and driving without a license on April 26, 2013. 
• A 20-year-old Lorton man living in the 9900 block of Hagel Circle was arrested for driving without a license on April 27, 2013.                         
• A 30-year-old Lorton man living in the 9000 block of Igoe Street was arrested for driving on a revoked license on April 28, 2013. 
• A 25-year-old Lorton man living in the 9500 block of Hagel Circle was arrested for driving without a license on April 29, 2013. 
• An 18-year-old Lorton man living in the 7800 block of Lewis Chapel Circle was arrested for the manufacture and distribution of marijuana on April 30, 2013.  
• A 23-year-old Lorton man living in the 9400 block of Peach Blossom Trail was arrested for disorderly conduct and being drunk in public on April 30, 2013. 
• A 28-year-old Lorton man living in the 7922 block of Timarand Court was arrested for assaulting a family member on May 1, 2013. 
• A 26-year-old Fairfax Station man living in the 10600 block of Donovans Hill was arrested for driving on a revoked license, driving while intoxicated and refusing a breath or blood test on April 28, 2013.
