Construction Mixer Stolen from Business in Lorton Area: Police

LORTON, VA -- Detectives from the Franconia Police District are investigating a larceny that took place on Saturday, March 19, in the 7400 block of Lockport Place.

Shortly before midnight, a man drove a white pick-up truck to the parking lot of the business and drove off with a construction mixer after connecting it via a tow hitch, according to police.

The man is described by police as a black male, about 6 feet tall, medium build, wearing a black hat, light-colored shirt and pants.
