
A three-run first inning held up for the Kinston Indians as they beat the5-3 last night in Woodbridge. The loss was the second straight for Potomac (18-25).
The P-Nats’ hot bats were cooled by Kinston pitching, limited to seven hits, only two of which went for extra bases, doubles by Jeff Kobernus and Cutter Dykstra. Eury Perez also had a pair of hits.
The P-Nats will try to get back on the winning track tonight when they host Kinston. Game time is 7:05.
