Today, Patch was working at the and looked out the window. What we saw was definitely photoworthy. At around 11:00 a.m., coach Stephanie DeJohn was doing lunges with clients Anette Bauer-Perez and Mara Hennessy along Lorton Station Blvd.
The workout continued after this photo was taken. The trio went to work in the weight room before going back out for more lunges.
