It wouldn't be fall in Fairfax County without Oktoberfest at Fort Belvoir. From Friday, Sept. 30 to Sunday, Oct. 2, visitors braved rain and cold weather to participate in the German beer festival with drink, dance, song and amusement park rides. For many, the weekend was a time to embrace their German heritage, and for others, it was an excuse to goof off!
