Potomac's Four-Game Win Streak Snapped

P-Nats starter Paul Demny could not make it out of third, and allowed six runs, five of them earned, before being replaced. Potomac was able to cut into the Hillcats’ lead with a five-run sixth, but could get no closer than one run.

Offensively for the P-Nats, recent recall Justino Cuevas had two homeruns and plated three. Destin Hood had three doubles and also drove in three runs while Steven Souza homered and drove in his Carolina League-leading 32^nd run.

Potomac will try to start a new winning streak later today when they host Kinston at 7:05 p.m.
