From 5 pm to 10 pm yesterday at Baskin Robbins locations throughout the country single scoops of ice cream were just 31 cents. Proceeds from the sale helped the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The Baskin Robbins location at the Lorton Market Street participated in the promotion and firefighters from on Armistead Road were on hand to help out.
