• Golden to Mars Power Line Hearing Begins; Arguments Deferred (loudounnow.com) — Residents of Loudoun Valley Estates helped secure a delay in state hearings on Dominion’s proposed Golden to Mars high‑voltage power line, giving neighbors more time to weigh in on potential routes near their homes and schools. With nearly 600 speakers registered and over 1,000 written comments submitted, the State Corporation Commission has shortened speaking times and extended the written comment deadline to December 30 before scheduling formal arguments.
