'Captured' To Be on Display at Manassas City Hall
The exhibit is open to the public Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free to the public.
Now through July 29, Captured will be on display in The Hall at City Hall. The exhibit is open to the public Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free to the public.
Captured is the work of three individuals with a passion for photography, Donna Bellows, Elena Stewart and Cole Whitworth. Every individual has a talent that can be expressed and processed differently. In the eyes of an artist, it can be perceived with a whole new definition, dimension, and a potential new discovery.

Donna Bellows, who works in Community Development for the City of Manassas, started with a “Kodak 110” camera. She has worked herway into the digital age. Donna’s passion is candid shots and events, like the Civil War weekend and the Manassas Neighborhood Conference, and events for the Manassas Boys and Girls Club.
Elena Stewart of Jasmine Jae Photography started taking pictures 17 years ago, when her oldest was an infant, in hopes of capturing every memorable moment. What started out as a hobby has grown into an admiration for the Art of Photography. Her featured series, “Back to Dining,” was inspired by a friend’s love for table dressings. This collection speaks to a time where formal table settings were the norm instead of the exception.
