• Woodbridge, Manassas to see nearly 500 new homes after supervisors' approval (insidenova.com) — Nearly 500 new homes are coming to the greater Manassas and Woodbridge areas after Prince William supervisors approved two large rezonings, including the Avera II project just outside Manassas. With hundreds of multifamily and townhome units, new parks, a pool, and designated affordable housing, these developments will significantly reshape nearby neighborhoods and traffic patterns for Manassas-area residents.
