Fugitive Arrested After Chase In Nokesville: Police
A fugitive was arrested after leading police on a chase that included a helicopter and a K-9 unit in Nokesville, according to PWC Police.

NOKESVILLE, VA—A fugitive was arrested Sunday, April, 7, after leading police on a chase that included a helicopter and a K-9 unit in the 14300 block of Fleetwood Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Samuel Deforest Allen, 37, of the 9300 block of Battle Lane in Catlett, was charged with obstruction of justice, reckless driving and five counts of probation violation.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop near the area of Aden Road and Misty Creek Court and found that the driver—Allen—was wanted for multiple probation violations and violations of protective orders. When they tried to arrest him, he resisted and fled on foot.
Police conducted an extensive search, including a helicopter from Fairfax County Police and a K-9 unit before tracking him down and taking him to jail without further incident. Allen is being held without bond.
