Gainesville Man Arrested for 'Explicit Communication' with Teen

A 29-year-old Prince William County man faces child pornography charges after authorities say he was caught having ”explicit communications” with a 16-year-old girl.

Prince William County police arrested Justin Patrick Boniewicz, 29, of Gainesville, Va., on Friday, Oct. 10 at his Logmill Road home. Police reportedly seized multiple electronic devices containing evidence of child pornography.

An investigation began after another jurisdiction discovered that Boniewicz was explicitly communicating with a 16-year-old juvenile girl in New York, according to police.

Boniewicz is charged with production of child pornography, solicitation of child pornography and using a communications system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor. He is being held without bond with a pending court date.
