Man Sought In Shooting, Another Arrested In Manassas: Police

A second man has been arrested and another has been identified and is being sought regarding a shooting March 15 in Manassas, say police.

MANASSAS, VA—A second man has been arrested and another has been identified and is being sought regarding a shooting March 15 in the 9600 block of Grant Avenue, according to Manassas City Police. Grorethas McKinnon Jr., 21, of Manassas was charged with malicious wounding and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony. Wanted for the same charges is Kevin Brown, 20, of Manassas.

Arrested March 22 was Dominik Anthony Walker, 20, of Prince William County. He was charged with two counts of malicious wounding, two counts of attempted malicious wounding and two counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony.

The unidentified victim was flown to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains there in stable condition.

Shortly before 9:15 p.m. on March 15, police responded to the scene for a shots-fire call. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. They began an investigation that ultimately led them to Walker, and now McKinnon and Brown.
