Manassas Fall Jubilee, First Friday Bring Entertainment, Road Closures Downtown

The returning Fall Jubilee will bring more than 100 craft and community booths, live entertainment, children's rides and inflatables.

MANASSAS, VA — One of the signature events in Manassas will bring fall fun downtown during the first weekend of October.

The 41st annual Manassas Fall Jubilee will be held in downtown Manassas on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 100 craft and community booths, live music, children's entertainment and more.

Children's inflatables and rides will be available for a fee. Other children's activities will be offered, including a pumpkin patch with pumpkin painting, Cinderella meet-and-greet and games.

Harris Pavilion Stage

The fall event comes after First Friday on Oct. 4. The event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on every first Friday of the month from February to November is a block party where downtown streets are closed to vehicular traffic. On-street alcohol consumption is allowed in the event zone with beverages purchased from participating businesses. Manassas officials recently reiterated the regulations for alcohol consumption and a new curfew for Harris Pavilion to help keep the event's on-street alcohol license.

Residents should expect road closures during First Friday and the Fall Jubilee. For First Friday, road closures on Center Street, West Street, Battle Street and Main Street will happen from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Parking restrictions will be in place from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. See a map of closures and parking locations.

For Fall Jubilee, expect road closures downtown on Center Street, West Street, Battle Street and Main Street. Road closures and parking restrictions will be in place between 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. The Harris Pavilion lot, Candy Factory lot and Old Towne Inn lot will be closed from 3 a.m. to 5 p.m. Handicap parking only will be provided at Church Street behind 7-Eleven and at the Train Depot Lot from 3 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other parking options are the Water Tower Lot, Prince William Street Parking Garage, Museum Lot, Baldwin Park lot, Church Street Lot, Baldwin Elementary and Osbourn High School.
