Manassas Fugitive of the Week: Sara Nicole Holtz

Manassas City Police are searching for a woman who they say struck a car stopped at a red light, but then left the scene without exchanging information wih the victim.  

 Sara Nicole Holtz, 24, with a last known address in Ashburn is wanted on hit and run charges, according to information the department released this month. 

The crash happened on Oct. 12 when the victim's vehicle was struck from behind while stopped at a red light at the intersection of Sudley and Rolling Roads. Both drivers got out of their cars, but the suspect return to her car and drove away before the proper information could be exchanged.
