Manassas Restaurant Inspections: 14 Violations At One Place

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.

Priority Observations are those violations such as improper cooking, reheating, cooling, or hand-washing. These violations are known to cause food-borne illnesses. Critical violations are food regulation violations which, if left uncorrected, are more likely than other violations to directly contribute to food contamination, illness, or environmental degradation.

"No priority or critical violations" means that other violations were noted, but do not require re-inspection.
