Restaurant Inspections: Noodles & Company, Malibu Sports Bar, Cedar Point Elementary

One to four times a year the Virginia Department of Health conducts normally scheduled restaurant inspections. A restaurant may be cited one of two types of violations: critical or non-critical. Although there is a low chance of Non-Critical violations contributing to any food born illnesses, they could lead to critical violations, which may contribute to “food contamination, illness, or environmental degradation” as stated on the Virginia Department of Health’s website. This month the department inspected 4 local restaurants, none receiving critical violations.
