Woman Sexually Assaulted In Front Of Child In Manassas: Police
A man was arrested after twice sexually assaulting a woman with her young child in the room at a Manassas home, according to PWC Police.

MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Saturday, April 13, after twice sexually assaulting a woman with her young child in the room at an area home, according to Prince William County Police. Danilo Racael Aguirre Martinez, 38, of Manassas, was charged with burglary with intent to defile, sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Shortly before 1:45 p.m., police were dispatched to the scene for a reported sexual assault that occurred earlier that morning. A 21-year-old woman said she was asleep in her room with her 3-year-old child when Aguirre Martinez—an acquaintance—forced his way in and sexually assaulted her.
She eventually fought him off and he left the room, only to soon break into the room again and sexually assault her again. They eventually separated, and police were contacted later that day. Minor injuries were reported.
