E-911 Dispatch Out of Service in Prince William County

The PWC communications center, Manassas City or Manassas Park aren't able to receive 911 calls.

The Prince William Public Safety Communications Center is currently unable to received 911 emergency calls. All non-emergency lines are working. In the event you need police or fire & rescue services,  call 703-792-6500.

Manassas Park Fire and Rescue calls should also be directed to this number.

For Manassas City, residents are urged to call the city’s non-emergency number, 703-257-8000 for both emergency and non-emergency calls at this time. The city's police department’s 911 system is intermittently working after last night’s storm. For downed power lines and trees, please call Public Works at  703-257-8353.
