It isn't the big-box franchises that have the hearts and wallets of tax payers in the Manassas area.  With 50 percent of the vote, Tax-Man in Manassas owned by Alan Yurkshat was the clear favorite in this week's Readers' Choice: Best Places to Do Taxes Last-Minute.  The other half of the total votes is split three ways, with , Fiducial and each capturing 16 percent of the vote.
