A Manassas Park man apparently didn't provide an explanation for his actions after police said they found him punching and jumping on the hood of an Oldsmobile in the middle of the night. Darrell Edward Haley, 33, Kirby St. was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with destruction of property, Manassas Park Police said in a press release.  Officers were working the area near Kirby Street shortly after 2 a.m. Jan. 15, when they heard yelling and loud noises. The suspect was later discovered jumping and punching the roof and hood of a vehicle, leaving several dents, police reports show. Bond and court date information isn't available.
