Manassas Park Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

Police arrested a 67-year-old Manassas Park man Wednesday on charges that he possessed child pornography.

William Anderson is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, Manassas Park Police reports show.

Anderson was arrested after authorities received a complaint about someone possessing child pornography on the 9400 block of Trailway Terrace.

Park police investigated the case with the Northern Virginia/District of Columbia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Anderson remains in custody at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center. Bond hasn't been set. It is not clear when he will appear in court on the charges.
