A man getting his haircut in a Manassas Park shopping plaza had his bicycle stolen, Manassas Park Police reports show. It happened Tuesday just after 9 p.m. in the Andrew Drive Shopping Plaza when the victim rode up on his bicycle to get a haircut. When he came out of the business, the bicycle had disappeared, police said. The victim told police the bike was purchased at a garage sale for $20. No arrests have been made in the case. It happened Tuesday just after 9 p.m. in the Andrew Drive Shopping Plaza when the victim rode up on his bicycle to get a haircut. When he came out of the business, the bicycle had disappeared, police said.
