A 17-year-old Manassas Park resident was involved in a fatal crash on Saturday, but was not injured, Prince William County Police reports show.  Investigators said the crashed happened when the teen was driving a 2007 Volkswagen Golf west on Joplin Road and then tried to make a U-turn at Park Headquarters Road. The Volkswagen crossed in front of a 2010 Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle, whose rider tried to avoid the crash,police said.  Christopher Lee CAPO, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet. It is unclear if police will file charges in connection with the crash. Police said drugs nor alcohol were factors in the crash. Joplin Road was closed following the crash, but has since reopened.
