Police: Man Exposes Himself on Manassas Park Playground
A Fauquier County man is accused of grabbing a woman and exposing himself to her and her child on Tuesday at the LaPaz playground in Manassas Park.

A Fauquier County man was arrested Tuesday after police said he grabbed a woman and exposed himself to her and her child as they walked home, Manassas Park Police reports show.
Joshua Lee Richards, 28, of Catlett is charged with indecent exposure, assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

It happened at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the LaPaz playground in Manassas Park when a woman noticed a man following her.
That's when the suspect grabbed her with one of his hands and exposed himself with the other, according to police reports.

Police said the woman screamed, ran away and called police. Police searched the area and located the suspect based on the victim's description.Bond information was not immediately available.
Richards is expected to appear in court on Aug. 26, 2012.
