A man faces petit larcenty charges after police say he walked into a store, opened a carton of milk and guzzled half of its contents before walking out without paying. Officers said it happened at 2 a.m. on May 25 at 7-Eleven on Centreville Road in Manassas Park. The suspect walked in and helped himself to a carton of cold milk. The suspect was later apprehended by Manassas City Police who held him until Manassas Park Police arrived. The man was released on a summons and is expected to appear in court on his charges in July.
