An unidentified substance was found in a door lock at on Manassas Drive Sunday, Manassas Park Police reports show. The substance was discovered shortly after 11 a.m. at the pet salon, which shares a building with a veterinarian practice and a grooming school. The "glue-type substance" placed in the lock rendered it inoperable and cost about $100 in damage, police said. No arrests have been made in connection with the vandalism.
