$32 Million McLean Property Remains on Market

The property is located on Dulany Drive.

An undeveloped lot at 7201 Dulany Drive is about to enter it's second month on the market, but — at this price — it's sure to scare the average homebuyer away, even in McLean.

The asking price for the property is $32 million, which includes the design and construction of an 8-bedroom, 28,000 square foot mansion, not yet built.

Fouad Talout, the McLean-based listing agent, said he has fielded serious inquiries about the property since it hit the market in early August.

"We did have many calls and I’m still getting calls. I have calls from people who are overseas and they are asking questions. The sale or purchase for property like this could happen very quickly or could take time," Talout said.

"So far, I’ve had four or five calls from different parties who have expressed interest…or are curious about the price of the property or what’s involved in building that property."

The plans for the Beaux-Arts style house, named Chateau La Vie, were designed by Harrison Design Associates and, once a buyer snaps the property up, will be constructed by Noble Building and Design.
