Capitals' T.J. Oshie Sells McLean Mansion For $6.4M To Area Couple
The buyers of T.J. Oshie's McLean home were Kirk Galiani, founder and co-chairman of US Fitness, and his wife, Maria, according to a report.

MCLEAN, VA — Six months after purchasing a new mansion in McLean, Washington Capitals’ star T.J. Oshie and his wife, Lauren, sold their old home in the same area of McLean.
The home, in the Langley Farms community of McLean, sold in mid-September for $6.4 million, the Washington Business Journal reported Friday. In March, the Oshies paid $7.5 million for a newly constructed 9,890-square-foot home on Dogue Hill Lane.
The buyers of Oshie’s five-bedroom former home were Kirk Galiani, founder and co-chairman of US Fitness, and his wife, Maria, of Galiani Design Group, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Like T.J. and Lauren Oshie, they are current Langley Farms homeowners. But the Galianis wanted to move into a smaller home in the community because they are empty-nesters now after their three children graduated from high school, the Washington Business Journal reported.
The Galiani’s are asking $13.5 million for their old home at 1113 Langley Lane.

In 2017, Oshie and his wife bought the $5.2 million McLean home they sold to the Galianis from Boston Properties executive Ray Ritchey.
That same year, Oshie signed a new contract with the Capitals that runs through 2025. He has been a key contributor since he joined the Capitals in 2015, including during their Stanley Cup trophy season in 2017-18.
