Donate Blood Ahead Of Memorial Day Weekend At McLean Fire Station
The McLean Volunteer Fire Department will host its next blood drive with Inova Blood Donor Services, which has a continuous donation need.

MCLEAN, VA — The McLean Volunteer Fire Department continues to host blood drives in partnership with Inova Blood Donor Services, with the next happening before Memorial Day weekend.
The blood drive will be held from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 27 at the McLean Fire Station, 1455 McLaughlin Avenue. The Inova Blood Donor Services bloodmobile will be located in the lower parking lot, accessible from Lowell Avenue.
The need for blood donations is continuous at Inova Blood Donor Services to replenish the supply. To meet the needs of patients, Inova typically needs 200 units of blood, platelet, plasma and double red blood cells per day. Each blood donation can help up to three patients.
